HVAC Check Up Protection Plan Includes:

• Two yearly visits to inspect, clean, and maintain your home's heating and air conditioning system. Each visit performed by a qualified and trained mechanic at approximately six month intervals.

Inspect, clear & maintain includes:

• General for all systems:  Check thermostat operation, check and lubricate fan motors, check wiring assemblies, check safety control operation, check voltage/amperage draws, check temperature drop/rise, check fan blades for tightness, check electrical components connections, clean or replace standard filters, check heat anticipators.

• Gas furnaces & boilers:  Check and clean gas burners, check flame baffle, set burner air adjustment, inspect gas valve operation, check flue & venting operation, check and set igniter gap, test circulators and controls, check and clean pilot and pilot tube, check manifold gas pressure, check fan limit control, check combustion chamber, check door interlock switch, check thermocouple/spark igniter, check clean boiler sections.

• Oil furnaces & boilers:  Check and clean burner and chamber, check flame baffle, check and set burner air shutter, change oil filter, check flue and venting, check and set igniter gap, check and teat circulators and controls, check clean or replace nozzle, check oil pump and set proper pressure, check fan limit controls, check primary control, check interlock switch, check and clean cad cell, check clean boiler sections.
