HVAC Plus Protection Plan Includes:

• Two yearly visits to inspect, clean and maintain your home's heating and air conditioning system. Each visit performed by a qualified and trained mechanic at approximately six month intervals.
• Both PARTS AND LABOR protection for any breakdown covered under the plan, including the system's compressor!
• Your system is fully covered for all parts and labor listed below under the plan until it has reached the age of life expectancy*.

Parts & labor covered by plan:

• Heat pump & air conditioning:  Blower assembly, manual thermostats, contactors, motors, pulleys/belts, bearings, circuit boards, metering devices, reversing valves, electric heating coils, condenser fan, internal fuses, transformers, factory wiring, timers, switches, filter driers, defrost controls, crankcase heaters, freon, blower shaft, compressor.

Average life expectancy will be determined as follows:
