Plumbing Plus Protection Plan Includes:
One visit per year to go completely over your home's entire plumbing system. We will inspect;
- Toilets: check flush valve, check ball cock, check & adjust linkage, check fill level
- Kitchen sinks: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage under sink
- Dishwasher: check proper drainage, check for leaks, check fill level
- Tubs & showers: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage
- Laundry: Check washer hose for wear & leakage, check laundry tub drain for leakage, check washer drain stack for leakage, check laundry tub valve stops
- Ice maker: check tap line, check solenoid for leakage
- Lavatory sinks: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage under sink
- Water heater: check proper operation, check for leakage or wear, check proper temperature settings
- General: check visible supply piping, check visible drainage piping, check exterior hose bibs, check pressure switch
Should any of the above plumbing systems fail under the Plumbing Plus Protection Plan, we will repair or replace the equipment and you won't pay a dime in repair costs!
