Plumbing Value Protection Plan Includes:
One visit per year to go completely over your home's entire plumbing system. We will inspect:
- Toilets: check flush valve, check ball cock, check & adjust linkage, check fill level
- Kitchen sinks: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage under sink
- Dishwasher: check proper drainage, check for leaks, check fill level
- Tubs & showers: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage
- Laundry: Check washer hose for wear & leakage, check laundry tub drain for leakage, check washer drain stack for leakage, check laundry tub valve stops
- Ice maker: check tap line, check solenoid for leakage
- Lavatory sinks: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage under sink
- Water heater: check proper operation, check for leakage or wear, check proper temperature settings
- General: check visible supply piping, check visible drainage piping, check exterior hose bibs, check pressure switch
Should any of the above* plumbing systems fail under the Plumbing Value Protection Plan, we will repair or replace the equipment and you won't pay a dime in repair costs!
*The Plumbing Value Protection Plan does not cover water heater repair.
