Our Complete Whole House Protection Plan Includes:

HVAC System

  • Two yearly visits to inspect, clean and maintain your home's heating and air conditioning system. Each visit performed by a qualified and trained mechanic at approximately six month intervals.
  • Both PARTS AND LABOR protection for any breakdown covered under the plan, including the system's compressor!
  • Your system is fully covered for all parts and labor listed below under the plan until it has reached the age of life expectancy*.

Parts & labor covered by plan:

  • Heat pump & air conditioning: blower assembly, manual thermostats, contactors, motors, pulleys/belts, bearings, circuit boards, metering devices, reversing valves, electric heating coils, condenser fan, internal fuses, transformers, factory wiring, timers, switches, filter driers, defrost controls, crankcase heaters, freon, blower shaft, compressor
  • Gas furnaces & boilers: vent connector, pressure controls, ignition transformer, ignition transformer, burner motor, gas controls, gas valves, safety pilots, fan assemblies, internal fuses, blower motor, blower bearings, circulators, factory wiring, vent dampers, igniters, pilot assemblies, thermocouples, manual thermostats, fan limit controls, blower shaft, aquastats, pulleys/belts, blower housing
  • Oil furnaces & boilers: oil pump, internal fuses, vent connector, blower bearings, electrodes, factory wiring, ignition transformer, igniters, fan assemblies, relays, circulators, fan limit controls, burner motor, aquastats, manual thermostat, vent damper, blower shaft, oil nozzle, pressure controls, oil filter, cad cell, primary control

*Equipment will be fully covered under the plan for the repair or replacement for the above listed parts up to the average life expectancy of the equipment.

Plumbing System

One visit per year to go completely over the your home's entire plumbing system. We will inspect:

  • Toilets: check flush valve, check ball cock, check & adjust linkage, check fill level
  • Kitchen sinks: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage under sink
  • Dishwasher: check proper drainage, check for leaks, check fill level
  • Tubs & showers: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage
  • Laundry: Check washer hose for wear & leakage, check laundry tub drain for leakage, check washer drain stack for leakage, check laundry tub valve stops
  • Ice maker: check tap line, check solenoid for leakage
  • Lavatory sinks: check valve stops, check drain stops, check for clear drainage, check for leakage under sink
  • Water heater: check proper operation, check for leakage or wear, check proper temperature settings
  • General: check visible supply piping, check visible drainage piping, check exterior hose bibs, check pressure switch

Should any of the above systems fail under the Whole House Plan, we will repair or replace the equipment and you won't pay a dime in repair costs!

Electrical System

The Service Today Whole House Plan includes our Electrical Plus Plan and covers repair (both parts and labor) of any of the following failures in your home's electrical system.

Repair or replacement of:

  • Breakers
  • Breaker panels
  • Meter pans
  • Equipment power disconnects
  • All residential electrical outlets and receptacles
  • All residential switches
  • Faulty branch circuit wiring
  • Ground fault circuit devices up to 20 amps
  • All telephone wiring inside the foundation perimeter

Should any of the above systems fail under the Whole House Plan, we will repair or replace the equipment and you won't pay a dime in repair costs!
